Welcome to Time Travels PVT Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platform, and private hire transportation services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a booking with Time Travels PVT Limited, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before booking. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. General Services & Specialist Transport

Time Travels PVT Limited is a private hire transportation solution specialising in wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs). While we endeavour to accommodate all accessibility needs, bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of your request. All journeys must be pre-booked in accordance with local private hire licensing regulations.

2. Pricing, Fares & Quotations

  • Fare Variability: Fares are subject to change and may vary depending on demand, traffic conditions, peak hours, special events, road closures, and operational requirements.
  • Estimates: Quotations provided during the booking process are estimates and may be adjusted where necessary to reflect actual journey conditions, route diversions, or additional waiting time.
  • Tolls and Charges: Any airport drop-off/pick-up fees, parking fees, congestion charges, ultra-low emission zone (ULEZ) charges, or toll road fees not explicitly included in the original quote will be added to the final fare.

3. Wheelchair & Accessibility Requirements

To ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, the following conditions apply to all accessible bookings:

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate specifications regarding the wheelchair (e.g., manual, electric, mobility scooter, width, weight, and total combined weight of the chair and occupant) at the time of booking.
  • Safety Equipment: Time Travels PVT Limited drivers will only transport wheelchairs that can be safely secured using the vehicle’s specialised restraint systems. We reserve the right to refuse transport if the wheelchair cannot be safely secured or if it exceeds the vehicle’s safe weight/dimension limits.
  • Medical Equipment: Any oxygen cylinders, medical monitors, or additional life-support equipment must be safely secured by the passenger or their carer. Our drivers are trained in vehicle safety and accessibility restraints but are not medically trained personnel.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the specialised nature of our fleet, cancellations impact our operational scheduling.

  • Standard Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted fare may be charged and deducted from any applicable refund.
  • No-Shows: If the passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior communication), it will be treated as a “No-Show.” No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted fare.

5. Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Seatbelts and Restraints: All passengers, including those remaining in wheelchairs, must wear the appropriate seatbelts and safety restraints provided in the vehicle. Refusal to do so will result in immediate termination of the journey without a refund.
  • Behaviour: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our drivers. Drivers have the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if they feel unsafe.
  • Damage and Soiling: Passengers (or the person responsible for the booking) will be held liable for any damage or deep cleaning requirements caused to the vehicle interior beyond normal wear and tear (soiling fees may apply).

6. Service Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure absolute punctuality, Time Travels PVT Limited cannot be held liable for delays, missed flights, missed medical or hospital appointments, or financial losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, or emergency service disruptions. We strongly advise booking journeys with ample buffer time to minimise risk.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Any personal data, medical information, or journey details provided to Time Travels PVT Limited will be handled securely in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy. We only collect information necessary to safely facilitate your transport needs.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Time Travels PVT Limited, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
